Frequent Use

Y1 Membership record. If completed online by the GL then the Confirmation of enrolment must be printed and accompany the cheque.


PROCEDURES
Show Group name. Must be signed by Group Leader/LIC & must contain ORIGINAL parent
signature and dated by parent/guardian when youth starts with Group. Fee, as per Branch Info. book must accompany form. Fee determined by date noted in "Date Joined Group" on Y1. Y1 or Confirmation of Online Enrolment sent to your Scout Service Centre with cheque made out to Scout Association of Australia. Returned with Certificate to GL/LIC unless otherwise specified on Y1.

SENT TO WHOM
Scout Service Centre. Y1 Returned to Group with Certificate by mail within a week. GL/LIC holds Y1 in Group records. Section leaders may wish duplicate copies Investiture of new members cannot take place without the presentation of their Certificate.
