Water Adventures During Daylight Savings:
During daylight savings months, when the weather is fine, we spend many of our meetings on the water learning sailing and boating skills. For water activities, you will need to bring:
Throughout the entire year:
We venture onto the Bay, go camping, and hike, learning to do so safely in all kinds of weather. Be prepared for an adventure in every season!
Parental Involvement:
We warmly encourage parents to register as helpers when enrolling their child in Joey Scouts. By participating, you’ll not only help create a supportive environment but also have the chance to learn new skills, grow alongside your child, and play a key role in building a strong, vibrant community.

Mondays from 6 PM to 7 PM

2, Join Us as a Trial: Experience Joey Scouts firsthand before committing.
3, Registration: Complete the registration process for your child’s kit and sign up as a parent helper.

Water Adventures During Daylight Savings:
During daylight savings months, when the weather is fine, we spend many of our meetings on the water learning sailing and boating skills. For water activities, you will need to bring:
- Enclosed toe shoes (old runners that can get wet, NO THONGS or CROCS)
- Hat & Sunscreen
- Water bottle and a snack
- Towel and a change of clothes – especially a warm, windproof jacket
