Requirements:
Scouts Victoria is a ChildSafe organisation, and the safety of our members is our highest priority. All adult members, including Adult Helpers, Rostered Parents, and Rovers, are required to hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC) and have the details of the card recorded against their membership record.
All adult Helpers need to be registered with Scouts Victoria and hold a current WWCC.

To get started:
1. Speak to or email the leaders in Joeys about becoming an adult helper.
2. Apply for a WWCC via the button below—it's easy to apply and free for volunteers.
3. Once approved, send your Working With Children Check to the Joey email account, we will forward it to our Group Leader.
4. The Group Leader will initiate an online invitation to join our program and discuss the weekly inclusivity agenda.
